It is essential to have a credit card to guarantee the rent, and it must be present in the Nelly office at time of pick up.

It is necessary at the beginning of the rent to have your credit card with enough funds for the holds, driver license and ID. If you are using a foreign driver’s license, you must present your passport. If you are using a credit card of another person (other than the driver), it is mandatory that the owner of the card is present.
The amount varies according to vehicle and coverage. The guaranty amount is variable and will be between US$300 and US$500 (reimbursable). A second deposit for the rent may be required as payment guaranty. If you use coverage provided by your credit card, the refundable amount to withhold can be US$2,500.

Ideally return the vehicle in the same conditions as received; otherwise the fuel has a penalty cost. We also have the Prepaid Full Tank service—you can return the car empty for the same prepaid cost.
If you decide not to take our coverage and do not have damage coverage through your credit card, the value to retain on your credit card will be US$2,500 for cars. In other units, US$5,000 (refundable on return), plus the total rental days.
Yes. The car rental service includes 24/7 nationwide road assistance. Call 809-544-7111 (Option 3). Includes crane/towing, mechanical assistance, lost keys, legal assistance, and general information. These services are subject to limitations under contract between Nelly and the provider. The customer will be informed if the service exceeds the contracted amount. By using this service, the customer accepts the terms and limitations of the contract.
