Build service and negotiation relationships for vehicle rentals, applying established quality standards and minimizing operational risks.
Key responsibilities
- Actively offer and sell our products and services.
- Prepare documentation, invoice and verify the authenticity of customer documents.
- Handle customer complaints and find solutions.
- Communicate constantly by phone and in person with local and international customers.
Requirements
- English proficiency
- Minimum 1 year in customer service and/or sales
- Valid driver's license
