Payment data: billing details and the card guarantee information required to secure a rental. Full card numbers are processed by our payment and rental systems and are not stored in plain text on this website.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and interactions with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To create, manage, modify and cancel your reservations, and to deliver and receive the rented vehicle.

To verify identity, driving eligibility and prevent fraud.

To issue invoices, process security holds, tolls, fines and any charge arising from the rental agreement.

To send commercial communications and offers when you have subscribed to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We process your data to perform the rental contract you request, to comply with legal and tax obligations in the Dominican Republic, based on your consent for marketing communications, and on our legitimate interest to prevent fraud and improve our services.

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards for the periods required by tax, accounting and civil liability regulations. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized.
